Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to room availability. Early check-in before 9:00 AM or late check-out after 2:00 PM will incur a charge of 50% of the daily room rate.
Mandatory Identification: As per Government of India regulations, every guest (including children) must present a valid Government-approved photo ID with address.
Indian Citizens: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport. (PAN Cards are not valid address proof).
Foreign Nationals: Must present a valid Passport and Visa. Original documents are required for the Form-C registration.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once an advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) is received.
Taxes: All tariffs are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per the Government of India slabs (currently 12% for rooms below ₹7,500).
Extension of Stay: Extensions are subject to availability and current prevailing rates.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund (minus a 5% processing fee).
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
No-Show/Last Minute: Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or "No-Shows" are non-refundable.
Peak Season: During festivals (Diwali, Holi, Pushkar Fair, New Year), all bookings are non-refundable.
4. Guest Conduct and Hotel Rules
Right of Admission: The management reserves the right of admission. We may refuse service to individuals acting in a rowdy, aggressive, or inappropriate manner.
Visitors: Outside visitors are permitted in the lobby but are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM for security reasons.
Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. Please use designated smoking areas. Consumption of alcohol must be kept within the privacy of your room.
Illegal Activities: Possession or use of prohibited drugs, gambling, or any illegal activities is strictly forbidden. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and will report such activities to the Jaipur Police.
5. Children and Extra Bed Policy
Children below 5 years stay for free (without an extra bed).
Children aged 5-12 years will be charged a child supplement fee.
Guests above 12 years are considered adults; an extra bed/mattress charge will apply.
6. Damages and Liability
Property Damage: Any damage to hotel property (furniture, linen, electronics) caused by a guest will be charged to the guest's bill at the time of check-out.
Personal Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings. Please use the front desk lockers for valuables.
Parking: Parking is at the owner's risk. The hotel is not liable for any theft or damage to vehicles.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan only.
