At Hotel Royal Pinkcity, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations.
1. Standard Cancellation Terms
- 48 Hours Prior: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a 100% refund (minus any applicable bank processing fees).
- 24 to 48 Hours Prior: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the first night’s stay.
- Less than 24 Hours/No-Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive (No-Show), will be charged the full amount of the first night’s reservation.
2. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) used during the booking.
- Transaction Fees: Please note that convenience fees or payment gateway charges paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
3. Modification of Booking
If you wish to change your dates rather than cancel:
- Changes are subject to room availability.
- Rate differences may apply if the new dates fall under a different seasonal pricing tier.

4. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen "acts of God" that prevent travel to Jaipur, Hotel Royal Pinkcity will offer a full credit note for a future stay or a full refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Group Bookings
For bookings of more than 3 rooms, separate cancellation terms apply. Please refer to your specific group contract or email confirmation for details.
